The Hangout is an amazing place to stay the next time you want to enjoy a beach vacation in style. This is a 2 Story home that demands that you have a blast and the owners have went to extremes to make that happen. You will enjoy a classic NBA Jam arcade game, 6 seat complimentary golf cart, board games and cards. Massive dining room and breakfast bar that allows everyone to gather and enjoy each others company. The kitchen and dining room flow together into both living areas. A wall of glass and doors let you enjoy the view outside.
Guests will love the screened in area with plenty of seating and a gas grill and fire pit on the other backside entertaining area. Take a ride on the golf cart to the beach with Seascapes private access that allows traveling under the road so you never have to cross the highway. Enjoy everything Baytown Wharf has to offer. Restaurants, shopping, the bay and so much for the kids to do. you book with Destin Vacation Company you receive a fun package which gives you a free ticket to one person in your party for the following activities. Sea Blaster dolphin cruise, Gulfarium, Baytown Wharf, Urban Air Adventure Zone and golf in 4 different courses. There is a guest closet with beach toys and many things to make your stay at the Hangout one you will never forget.

Smaller guest bedroom with Twin over Twin Bunk bed.
1 full bathroom with walk in shower.
Full kitchen with loads of counter space and breakfast bar.
2 living areas
Dining area that is open to kitchen and living rooms.
Screened in patio.
Grilling area/firepit area
An area under the stairs that was made for kiddo's to have a space to just HANGOUT.
Second floor:
Primary bedroom King bed, private bathroom with tub/shower combo and a glass door out onto a balcony with a great view of the back area.
Guest bedroom Queen bed, glass door with balcony.

Great place, very spacious, extremely attentive management. The only thing that would make it better is if they provided a few more basic needs items (single use provided of detergent, paper towel, etc but a bit more would be appreciated so you don’t have to hit the grocery store right away). They could also use some extra blankets for colder nights, but management provided those upon request. We would stay here again!
